The Watertown Shamrocks recently announced they have named Ryan Bisgard their President. Bisgard has been serving as the Operations Manager for the Shamrocks.
“Ryan jumped right into her role as Operations Manager and immediately exceeded expectations,” Vince Foley, a team owner said. “Her vision for this team and the work she’s already doing affirmed she was an obvious choice for President.”
Bisgard is originally from Denver, CO. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Bisgard played NCAA DIII Women’s Ice Hockey for the Monarchs.
“I am beyond grateful to have been given the opportunity to help build the foundations of our Shamrocks organization,” Bisgard said. “The faith that ownership and the team have placed in me is something that I do not take lightly. It is my goal to have our off-ice team succeed just as much as our on-ice team.”
Joining Bisgard in the Shamrocks front office are Anne Hanson, Executive Vice President, and Jenni Wirkus, Billet Coordinator.
The Shamrocks home opener is set to take place this weekend, September 20th and 21st, against the Bismarck Bobcats. Tickets can be purchased at watertownshamrocks.com
