Watertown, SD — Watertown Shamrocks forwards Antons Macijevskis and Dmitrijs Dilevka have both made the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation’s final roster ahead of the 2025 World Junior Championships.
“We’re very excited for Dima (Dilevka) and Antons to have the opportunity to represent their country on the biggest stage at this level,” Head Coach and General Manager Casey Kirley said in a statement. “We look forward to watching them and Latvia over the next few weeks.”
Macijevskis and Dilevka are both in their first season playing hockey in North American and are just two of the six total North American Hockey League (NAHL) players to make the Latvian roster.
Dilevka closed out the first half with Watertown posting four points in his final six games to improve his season totals to 3-6—9 in 24 games played. Also in 24 games, Macijevskis has registered 1-4—5.
