FRIDAY’S GAME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The Watertown Shamrocks fell to the Bismarck Bobcats on Friday night at VFW Sports Center in the thirty-seventh regular-season game of the 2025-26 season.
On Friday night, both teams were held scoreless in the first, with Shamrocks’ goalie Mason Gudridge making 10 saves.
In the second period, the Bobcats got two quick goals in the final two minutes of the period. At 1:40, Nick Snyder, assisted by Theodore Richardson and Mark Evans, got the first goal. At 1:36, George Poirier, assisted by Ben Likness and Jimmy Dodig, got the second goal.
At 18:21 of the third period, Snyder, assisted by Richardson, got his second goal of the game to put the Bobcats up 0-3. Later, Kyle Greene, assisted by Justin Bartley and Joe Rice, started the Shamrocks scoring. Erick Comstock, assisted by Greene and Zach Boren, made the game 2-3, but it was not enough. Bismarck secured a 2-3 win.

SATURDAY’S GAME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The Watertown Shamrocks dropped to the Bismarck Bobcats on Saturday night at VFW Sports Center in the thirty-eighth regular-season game of the 2025-26 season.
On Saturday, Owen Chartier, assisted by Owen Fask and Jordan Gudridge, started the scoring for the Shamrocks. At 10:47, Bobcats’ George Poirier, assisted by Nick Snyder and Noah Ziskie, tied the game at 1-1. Shortly after, Brody Josselyn, assisted by Grady Dimberio and Payton Struck, got his second Shamrocks goal to put them back on top. Two quick goals from Theodore Richardson put the Bobcats up 2-3 to end the first.
In the second, the Shamrocks reclaimed the lead with two goals. Struck, assisted by Andrew Smulkstys, scored a short-handed goal. At 9:53, Anton Maciejskis, assisted by J. Gudridge and Justin Bartley, made it 4-3.
In the third period, Hugo Kruse, assisted by Eddie Revenig and Ben Rakowski, scored for the Bobcats to tie the game at 4-4. No goals through the rest of the period sent this one to overtime.
At 1:11 in overtime, Richardson scored his third of the game to give Bismarck the 4-5 win.
