TUESDAY’S GAME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The Watertown Shamrocks fell to the Aberdeen Wings on Tuesday night in Prairie Lakes Ice Arena in the forty-ninth regular-season game of the 2025-26 season.
The Wings scored the first and only goal of the first period. Brody Dustin, assisted by Jonathan Doucette and Sam Scheetz, at 8:44 made it 0-1
In the second period, Aberdeen scored three goals from three different goal scorers. The Shamrocks got one, from Daniel Halonen, assisted by Owen Chartier and Zach Boren, to make it 1-4.
In the third period, the Shamrocks tried to stage a comeback. At 12:19, Boren, assisted by Erick Comstock and Joe Rice scored on the power play to make it 2-4. At 4:51, Rice, assisted by Boren and Comstock, closed the gap to 3-4. Despite Watertown’s best efforts, Aberdeen scored on the empty net with a minute left, giving them a 3-5 win.
